The Millay Club is honored to acknowledge its Board Member Louis P. De Angelo, Ed.D., Secretary of Education and Superintendent of Schools for the Diocese of Wilmington, Delaware who received the 2018 Lead, Learn, Proclaim Award from the National Catholic Educational Association (NCEA).

Dr. De Angelo received this award for his dedication and commitment to excellence. Dr. De Angelo was chosen from more than 150,000 teachers and administrators, as well as diocesan leaders and organizations dedicated to the Nation’s Catholic Schools. The annual award honors those whose ministry is Catholic school education and who have demonstrated a strong Catholic educational philosophy as well as exceptional ability, dedication and results.
